Just had to return 2 out if 4 items i ordered, a dress that was sown wrong, pants that were xs but fit like a medium usually i have the opposite problem with their bottoms where i have to size up the two things i kept were a pair of flats that are ok and a knit cardigan that's a little too big but it's what i actually needed.

As for washing, for most synthetics I would wash cold and air dry, otherwise the shape will warp.

I used to shop there a lot in my teenage years.

Also their shoes are very "eh" and their bags and accessories same.
