Although, for the most part, a humorous play, Exodus explores themes such as austerity, immigration, suicide and depression in a sensitive, thought-provoking way.

And what a great thing to have in the centre of South Wales, just where all these companies are coming in and just doing their thing for two weeks.

Firstly we meet Ruth Nicola Reynolds a brash and beautiful landlady with a lot to be said about good deeds, their punishments and the past they create.

But behind the humour is a sensitive story about grief and abuse, and an opportunity to examine our relationship with animals and nature, as well as Welsh independence.

We as a new company are looking forward to sharing this playful and provocative production, and are very grateful for the opportunity to work with Theatr Genedlaethol Cymru and an excellent artistic team on our first production.
